Vortex A/C
This next generation Vortex A/C features an integral mechanical thermostat to conserve energy and maintain enclosure temperatures within a range of 80° to 90°F. Requiring only a compressed air supply to operate. The UL listed Vortex A/C quickly installs in a 1.5” knockout hole to keep electrical control panels cool, clean and protected. ITW Vortex… more »
Vortex A/C-Hazardous Location
When used in conjunction with a purge/pressurization system, the Hazardous Location Duty (HazLoc) Vortex A/C provides essential enclosure cooling protection. When not operating in a cooling mode (when the unit’s integrated mechanical thermostat senses acceptable enclosure temperatures), the purge system creates positive pressure in the enclosure. This occurs as the HazLoc Vortex A/C’s integrated check… more »
Vortex Cooler
Vortex Coolers use an internal vortex tube to convert factory compressed air into a low pressure, cold air stream that is distributed throughout the cabinet. The chilled air stream creates a slight positive pressure inside the enclosure to prevent dirt or dust from entering – even in the most challenging environments. From small computer cabinets… more »
